Bridging Different Roots Action Areas: Human rights, peace and non-violence
Description
This initiative was launched in July 2021 and completed in May 2022, turning Colorful Nomads into a mobile unit of inclusive culture.
The Bridging Different Roots cultural workshops were created to provide access to cultural actions through the horizontal participation of children regardless of where they live, whether or not they have a disability or other factors during the last COVID 19 health conditions.
The actions in Sparta were funded by the Piraeus Bank Group Cultural Foundation.
Objectives
Develop and disseminate the necessary know-how for a more inclusive and accessible way of planning, organising and implementing cultural, artistic and non-formal education activities.
Creative and active involvement of children and young people with fewer opportunities for participation.
