Στο πλαίσιο της υπηρεσίας μεταφέρουμε μια pop-up βιβλιοθήκη σε εξωτερικούς χώρους (πάρκα, πλατείες) και φέρνουμε τα βιβλία εκεί όπου τα παιδιά παίζουν και συναντιούνται. Η δράση οργανώνεται σε δύο θεματικούς τάπητες: α) Τάπητας Ανάγνωσης, όπου παιδιά κάθε ηλικίας και ενήλικες διαβάζουν βιβλία γύρω από την βιβλιοθήκη, τα οποία είναι επιλεγμένα γύρω από τις θεματικές των ανθρώπινων δικαιωμάτων, του περιβάλλοντος και της ειρήνης & μη βίας, και β) Τάπητας Δημιουργικότητας, όπου τα παιδιά ζωγραφίζουν και εκφράζονται εικαστικά εμπνευσμένα από τις αναγνώσεις.
Within the framework of the service, participatory workshops are implemented in public or private spaces that are granted to us, with themes of the environment, human rights and peace and non-violence. The workshops are based on interactive narratives and other creative stimuli that function as a starting point for dialogue and reflection. This is followed by participatory mapping of local issues by the children themselves and collective exploration of possible solutions. The process is completed with a creative depiction of the children's ideas and proposals in public space, through constructions with recyclable materials, creative writing or photography, depending on their interests.
